Booking Details
Ready to bring the Candle Making Experience to your group?
Booking begins with submitting an experience request via phone call/email with your preferred date, time, location and estimated number of participants. We'll confirm availability and provide the cost of your experience including any applicable tax and travel fees.

Experiences should be booked at least one week in advance. Shorter booking time-frames may be accommodated based on Candle Euphoria's availability.
​
To secure your experience:
a 50% non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your date and time.
​
Final payment & party count:
Your remaining balance and final participant count are due one week before your scheduled experience.
​
Experience Time:
Plan for approximately 1.5-2 hours of candle-making fun from start to finish.

Need to change your date?
We understand...plans change! One complimentary date change is allowed when requested 15 or more days before your scheduled experience. The new date must take place within 90 days or the original event date and is subject to availability.
​
Rescheduling 7-14 days before your experience requires a rebooking fee of 10% of the total booking or $100, whichever is greater.
​
Cancellations or rescheduling requests made 1-6 days before the scheduled experience result in the entire party balance becoming non-refundable.​
